RTI:Right To Information Act

The Right to Information Act was enacted in 2005. The objective of the Act is to ensure and promote transparency and accountability in the working of government institutions. It mandates timely response to the requests of citizen/ stakeholders for government information. The Act emphasizes on ‘proactive disclosure’ so as to minimize the queries or request for access to information. The RTI Cell is opened at A.M.B.S. Mahavidyalaya with the following officers:
